All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across the United States takes 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS, with tracking information included.

Same-Day Delivery (Queens, NY): For our local clients in Queens, NY, we also offer premium Same-Day Delivery options on eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM.

Stolen Packages: J.C. HYPE & ESSENCE is not responsible for packages stolen from properties or porches once the carrier (USPS/UPS) marks the tracking number as "Delivered". The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any post-delivery theft.
