Service Conditions & Hours

Our exclusive Same-Day Delivery service is strictly available for residential and business addresses within select areas of Queens, New York.

🔹 Zone 1 (Core Area)

-Eligible Zip Codes: 11412, 11423, 11432, 11433, 11435.

VIP Benefit: FREE Premium Delivery on all orders over $100 (a $14.99 standard fee applies for orders under $100).

🔸 Zone 2 (Extended Area)

-Eligible Zip Codes: 11415, 11418, 11419, 11420, 11427, 11429, 11434, 11436.

Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $19.99 applies to all orders (free delivery promotion does not apply to this zone due to transit distance).

Delivery Schedule:

-Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order before 1:00 PM to receive your items today. Purchases completed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following operational day.

-Days of Operation: Available Monday through Thursday, as well as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

-Friday Exception: Please note that same-day delivery is not available on Fridays. Any order placed on a Friday will be processed for delivery on Saturday afternoon.

 Important Exception for Pre-Orders & Special Reservations: Please note that our "Buy Today, Receive Today" same-day delivery service applies ONLY to available, in-stock local items. Exclusive fragrances under our reservation or pre-order system are not eligible for same-day delivery, as they require an additional 3 to 5 business days for specialized handling and inspection.
