Standard Orders & Processing:
Committed to an exceptional service standard, we operate 24/7, processing and dispatching orders 7 days a week. All selections are meticulously prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard transit across the United States spans 5–7 business days via premier shipping carriers (USPS/FedEx), complete with comprehensive tracking. For our distinguished clientele in Queens, NY, we offer exclusive Same-Day Delivery on eligible orders placed within our dedicated service hours.
Pre-Orders & Special Reservations: For our exclusive fragrance selections under the reservation system, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for expert handling, quality inspection, and preparation before your package is safely handed over to the shipping carrier. The product will be delivered straight to your doorstep within a maximum of 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
Service Conditions & Hours for Same-Day Delivery:
- Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order before 1:00 PM to receive your items today.
- Days of Operation: Available Monday through Thursday, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Friday Exception: Please note that same-day delivery is not available on Fridays. Any order placed on a Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Saturday afternoon.
- Late Orders: Purchases completed after 1:00 PM on operational days will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
J.C. HYPE & ESSENCE is not responsible for packages stolen from properties or porches once the carrier (USPS/FedEx) marks the tracking number as "Delivered". The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any post-delivery theft.
Damaged Items:
If your fragrance arrives broken or damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged shipping box and the broken bottle. This documentation is required so we can process the insurance claim directly with USPS/FedEx and secure your replacement.
